Here, I will be sharing my evaluations and critiques of different coffee establishments and their preparation and presentation of that glorious nectar known as Espresso. There will be jubilation when I come across a creation that obtains my ever elusive 5 Star rating. There will be disdain and possibly tears, when I encounter one worthy of 1 Star. Either way, it should be entertaining for those of you who are as appreciative of coffee as I am. Those who see coffee as a life giving force. A vanquisher of evils. After all...how many things in this world are capable of bringing instant joy to your soul with their aromatic goodness? The warm, dark bitterness of that first sip, as it slides over your tongue and down the back of your throat. Turning your insides into a singing and dancing playground of exuberance.
Ahem! Yes. Hi. Uhhhh, I'm going to go take a cold shower now. And probably press another 8 cups of finely ground coffee.
